A tradition is a long-established custom or belief that has been passed down.

What makes something tradition?

There are all of these traditions people have! 

Different cultures,  customs, and traditions.

Here is a short list of some of these traditions.

A bride has to wear Something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue.

A person throws their tooth on a roof for good luck Tooth throwing everybody the next sport!

Pointing your thumb because it’s rude to point your pointer finger.

Foot binding, if your foot doesn’t fit bind it. 

Who needs a guard when you can have Silver protection. Just put on a silver tiara on your wedding day and there you go wording off evil.

The funny thing is even though these are traditions they weren’t around forever. 

It was an idea that became popular amongst a group of people, or somebody with influence passes on an idea.

Something to think about, how many traditions were originally pranks.
